Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using SafLove, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SafLove.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SafLove. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.
Account Responsibilities
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current information and update it as necessary. You're responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
User Conduct
You agree not to: impersonate others, harass or bully users, post offensive content, spam or solicit, share inappropriate photos, use automated tools, violate others' rights, or engage in illegal activities.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant SafLove a license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. You represent that you have all rights to the content you post.
Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, illegal activities, or at our discretion. You may delete your account anytime. Upon termination, your right to use SafLove ceases immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SafLove is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free service, or that you'll find a match. We're not responsible for user conduct or content.
Limitation of Liability
SafLove shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as a class action. This agreement is governed by the laws of Tanzania.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
